I would. It would be a good time to get to know people and just have fun. Especially if he's your neighbor, he lives next to you, so you should probably get to know him a little better.

You ladies are more extroverted and brave than I am. No way am I attending a party where I know no one. Especially if it was a glam type party where everyone there had more money than I did.
